The entire trip was memorable from beginning to end. I was upgraded on my tour free of charge and given the best experience from start to finish. The tour guides provided were absolutely amazing professional and courteous. I am honestly glad I chose Viator for my travel plans and will do so on all future endeavors.

Nothing… guide never showed. Called and eventually went on our own. Walking guides are not necessary because you can do everything on your own, all sights are easily located and walkable.

Our tour was scheduled for 9am in the morning on February 29. The tour operator contacted us the evening before the tour and said that they had to cancel the morning event due to unforeseen circumstances. While they offered alternative times, we could not make those work, so the tour operator agreed to process a refund. After hearing nothing for a week, we followed up with Viator and noted that the event had not been canceled in the Viator app, so we initiated the refund through Viator. Viator refunded only 30% of the reservation (which I assume is their cut) and indicated that the tour operator was responsible for the remainder of the refund. It is now April 2, and despite numerous calls and text messages, nothing has happened. When the tour operator has actually picked up the phone, they have promised that the refund was being processed, but I have my doubts. In any case, whether we don't receive the refund at all or if it's received many weeks after we requested the refund, this is totally unsatisfactory. And let's also throw Viator under the bus here - if Viator advertises an event and helps me book it, and then takes no responsibility or administration of the tour operator, I find that equally annoying and unsatisfactory

It was my kids and I, first time at the falls. Our tour guid Peter was absolutely amazing! Gave us so much info on the falls and everything surrounding it! He was very interactive and so funny! I have used viator a few times in different states on different vacations and everytime it is absolutely amazing! The people are always so nice and informative! And always make our trips so smooth.

Nothing but incredible. The tour offers a great deal of Niagara Falls history, and an incredible view of the US Falls from below. Peter, our tour guide, was fun, funny, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour.
