Our family of 4 (13 years old youngest) had a great time. It was filled with information about local haunting and Nashville history, which was interesting. Three-Son-Sam was an excellent tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the paranormal and Nashville history. I highly recommend the tour and Three-Son-Sam.

Some pretty creepy buildings downtown. Nice blend of history n haunting. More memorable stories like Skull’s would be great!

The guide needed to be more experienced in giving the tour. It seemed like he was new and could use more training. The buildings at a couple of the stops weren’t even there or were boarded up. The tour might need to make a couple different options for the stops in the future.

It was awesome, very eerie, we did another circle of the tour areas after just talking about it all.

We had scheduled to go on the tour Wednesday night, about 10 minutes into the tour, my wife got sick, and we had to duck out. We contacted the US Ghost Adventures, and they were really easy to work with in letting us go the following night to make up for it. Both of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and had a lot of good information and history of the areas we were going and some of the areas, we didn't go too. Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone.
