We had an excellent guide, Serge took such great care of us, to the point where we vividly lived the 6 June. I would use prance Tourisme without any hesitation!!’

They ruined my trip to Europe. I was dreaming about the trip to the beaches of Normandy and D-day. I bought the pass two months before the trip, but a week before departure they told me that the trip would not take place that day and they told me to choose another one!!!! I had already scheduled and bought other tours, I even gave two date options, but they said I couldn't. The question is, why didn't they tell me before to schedule it? Why did it take almost two months to say that I couldn't on that date? I had to ask for the money back and I couldn't take the trip I dreamed of. Never again. The worst.

They canceled on us! No explanation as to why it was canceled. We arrived at 6:40am on New Year’s Day, and waited for over 30 min. Finally heard from them after multiple calls & emails to the office. That’s when they told us they called the previous day at 5 pm. No voicemail left though. We are in Europe. We don’t keep our phones on while here. A voicemail would have ensured we learned of the cancellation. Very disappointed.

Gold Beach German battery bunkers made the trip! It was something not on the schedule that I suggested. Americain Cemetery, Bayeux

Being I’m still quartine in USA, my cruise to Rome was canceled and my Air France flight to Paris was canceled I was not able to do tour. You requested for me a refund which they refused to give back when their country was also quartine and not open. I have no problem with Viator. D-Day tour is the problem.

Very disappointing iteniary. The sights were not the ones seen by other tour agencies Our particular sights were not what we expected or wanted. They were the quick easy see it let’s go hurry hurry battle sites Very disappointed!!!!

We had 8 in the van. I pity those in the third row. No leg room on a 3 1/2 hr ride. Driver was friendly but just a driver. Didn’t do much as a “tour guide”. There should have been tons to tell us about and he didn’t. Very disappointed in the “tour”.

The tour was very nice as we departed from Paris towards Normandy. There were some concerns about the size of the van that we were to travel in, but things worked out very well for each of us. The tour guide was helpful with information and ensured we had breaks as we traveled from Paris. We visited a variety of stops along the tour and had time to enjoy a meal and tour other sites as well. We did have an unexpected delay as one of our attendees lost their way back to the departure point while in Normandy, but this was solved by the attendee being assisted by the local police station. We picked them up just a few walks down the road and made our way back to Paris. Overall a very nice trip and experience. Jason In Vermont

This was probably one of the most important things on our 2 week Europe vacation because my husband was in the army and had always wanted to visit normandy and go on a tour. This tour was an extreme let down and we felt like a waste of money. We used Viator for ALL of our tours and spent a lot of money with the company- but this tour was really disappointing. The tour guide didn't guide us at all- she gave us no information about the events that occurred there. She wasn't knowledgeable and I was so sad we went with this tour because I felt like something my husband was REALLY looking forward to was a complete bust.
