We felt like the tour was a little misleading. It seemed like there was two parts to it. We were under the impression we would be on the same bus the whole tour. But the first half was on a bus and the second half was on a taxi. The bus part was phenomenal. The tour guide was great. The taxi part was strange. Thankfully, we didn’t have to pay additional but if we would’ve known that we would be going on a taxi then we wouldn’t have scheduled this tour.

Wasn't anything super exciting, but since it was a reason to rent a car and go out and drive around the North Shore it was a good stop along the way. Not really much there but they have a giant store and the train ride was a little relaxing

The tour I booked was cancelled and I was put onto another tour at a lower cost however the company explained this as an upgrade. They only messaged through Viator and the email was not sent via the app until after the tour date. Whilst the tour we got swapped to was ok it was not what I wanted for travelling with a 7 yr old. If I had of had contact 3 days prior like the company messaged through Viator and the messge was delivered I would have declined the change and cancelled and made our own way to Dole which was the whole point of choosing this tour. Dissapointed in the whole experience.

Such an incredible tour!! Will (our guide) was a wealth a knowledge, friendly and adapted with us! We got to see everything we wanted plus he gave us information on areas we drove through. We also had a mix up with our booking and Karma were incredible about changing days and we ended up having a private tour. Overall, the best tour we did on the Island. Mahalo Nui Loa!

The company was hard to get a hold of and we switched hotels and tried to communicate this to the company by text and email but it was unsuccessful and our guide went to our old hotel first and was over an hour late to get us. He was very nice and flexible however he didn’t seem to know where he was going most of the time and we spent more time in the car than not. It felt a bit disorganized and we were all feeling carsick and tired of all the traffic and decided to shorten our tour and didn’t even do the hike
