Until Christmas Eve, a small town of more than 180 wooden stands all decorated for Christmas and lighten up to transform it into a “Christmas City”. Find traditional Christmas hand-made ornaments from the local “Rauschgoldengel” (gold-foil angel), the “Zwetschgenmännle” (Little Prune Man), to a plethora of toys and games and delicious holiday treats for gifts. Try the famous 600 years traditional Lebkuchen and gingerbread cake and take a sip of the typical Glühwein, a hot mulled wine to warm you up in cold weather.
