    What? Unfortunately we never made it on the boat. The information was inaccurate . when we finally reached somebody he refused to call he would only text . Again, they were getting accurate information. When he could sense my frustration in texting with him, he offered a refund and that is my expectation.

    Trevor was our boat guide and he couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. I wanted to do something with my mom on her visit and he drove us around the beautiful marina on his boat. He clearly has a lot of experience because it was A smooth ride Including parking the boat. He made us feel welcome and allowed us to enjoy the peaceful waters and cute sea lions. I would recommend anyone to choose Trevor as their guide and enjoy this great experience! :)

    GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! We were actually scammed!!!!!!!! I've trusted Viator before, however we were not directed where to go and had to call Viator after receiving text from someone saying they would pick us up and take us out with their friends if we could help pay for the gas. We had purchased 3 tickets for a one hour boat tour, paying $270.00. Viator agreed that it sounded shady. I spent 43 minutes on the phone with Viator and they said they would not give our money back!!!!! We never saw a boat and to this day our pick up point was never established! I am so extremely disappointed, to say the very least, in Viator for not helping to get our money back. It's a total disgrace! I will NEVER use Viator again!!!

    Marina Del Rey is great, but this trip isn’t. The boat we went on was really beaten up and nothing like we expected. We just went out, under power to Bird Island at the exit of the marina (which is pretty smelly) and then came back. Not value for money and I would not recommend.

    Marina Del Rey is great but this trip isn’t. A scruffy old boat and just up to bird island at the end of the marina. Definitely not worth the money.
