No tour guide showed up for the tour. Viator customer service was absolutely no help, they said it wasn’t their tour company. A waste of our vacation time.

Miguel was very knowledgable and a very hospitable host, he knew everything about the sights we saw and couldn’t have been more informative.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our guide was very knowledgeable which really helped as have a son about to do GCSE history and Cold War was the subject. The tour says 2 hrs but it is longer so put on comfortable shoes!! Amazing and covered so much. Always asking us if we want something or have questions even stopped at places not on the list of we asked questions about particular things along the route. Would highly recommend.

I booked my tour a few days in advance and was very excited for my tour. I received two notifications one at the time of booking and another the day of the tour reminding me of the date and time of my booking. It clearly said 12.00 midday on both emails on the correct date. However when I turned up - a tour guide with the same company informed me that my tour was in fact scheduled for 10.00am that day. The tour guide I was able to speak with wasn't able to refund me and the company has since ignored two of my emails. This also happened to another Gentleman who I met and spoke with at the time. I was especially upset as I had such limited time in Berlin and had made plans around this tour. Very disappointed.

Tour was fine. Took about 2.5 hours. Gave a high level overview without going into any elements in particular detail. If this is what you’re looking for then this will be great for you. I was hoping for some more detail and didn’t get this

Richard was a wealth of info. A little boring and sometimes I did have some difficulty understanding him. He has lived many places so I'm not sure what accent he has but I didn't catch a few things he said as he speaks very quickly. Also why didn't we just meet at the first stop? We wasted 20 minutes of the tour on the train getting to the first stop.

Guide was knowledgeable, friendly and had a good sense of humour. He was also able to go deep on topics with follow-up questions from the audience. The guide had many historical interesting stories about real incidents that made the tour location come to life.
