I would absolutely book another trip with these guys. We had children and adults, total newbies and experienced fishers, and everyone was catered for. Tour guide shared some knowledge throughout the day, but was keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently to make sure we all spent more time fishing and less time trying to put the bait on our lines (that would be me!). The only downside was a disappointing number of catches, and nothing worth keeping. Can't blame this on the crew though. If you do go fishing in Port Douglas check with the local tourist info office or restaurants as there are places that will cook your catches for you. Sadly we had to cancel our booking for that as we didn't bring back any fish! Great excuse to try again another time though.

I can’t review the fishing as the owner canceled the trip but the location is beautiful. I’m reviewing the communication with the owner Mark. I was due to go out Friday morning and on the Tuesday before Mark rang, I missed this call, then text me saying he wouldn’t be able to take me out but if around on the following Tuesday he would. I called him back and had a conversation, I mentioned I wouldn’t be around Tuesday as we were leaving Monday. He then said that he would see how things went if he got more bookings and would let me know later in the week. On Thursday morning before leaving for port Douglas I text Mark to ask if I was going out? NO reply. Thursday afternoon again I text and rang and left a message again to check. NO reply. Friday morning I thought I would go to boat ramp to see him. I texted again and rang and left message, No reply. In the end I popped into the local tackle shop, spoke to owner and he rang Mark for me! He spoke to Mark and was told I wasn’t going out. Mark said he had tried to get in touch with me but I had no missed calls or text messages from anyone I understand that small businesses need certain numbers to make things worth while. All I wanted was confirmation. NOTHING.

Went for a half day charter with my dad son and nephew. The charter guide was awsome very helpful and had amazing knowledge of fishing and the area we were in. I would highly reccomend this company as they are super friendly and amazing at what they do. They were also awsome with the kids helping them with their rods and keeping them entertained the whole time. I will be back to do a full day out to the reef for sure

Great day in the estuary. Paul was brilliant and worked really hard for us. So happy with this tour compared to most we have been on. Highly recommend 🎣

Paul took my 6 year old son and I out on a private charter. As the wind was right up, we headed down the estuary for an afternoon's fishing. I can safely say it was the best afternoon I have had on the water in all the charters I have done over the years. We got lots of fish including a couple of beauties for photos. Paul helped my son hook and reel in a few fish, including the biggest of the day. He was rapt! Targeted Mangrove Jacks and got a few bream as well. Very highly recommended even for the inexperienced fisherman like myself. All gear supplied as well as water, sunscreen etc. It is catch and release but for me I would rather see people have a sustainable experience for years to come rather than overfish the estuary. 4 hours flew by. Thanks Paul and see you again.

Family of 4 - Had an amazing time! We have a 9yo son that loves fishing, the rest of us are not fishing inclined - however we had a fabulous time. Very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable of the local area. We all caught fish, and had a great morning on the water. Would definitely book with this company again & again!

Great morning catching plenty of fish We were looked after well, and had great commentary from the captain

Great day fishing, Paul was a very safe and experienced skipper. He took us where the fish were all day. There was good reels and rods on the boat and he was eager to ensure that we were well baited up every drop. We will be back for sure.
