Price of €25 fit this self guided tour. The Doge's Palace was fascinating and a definite must-see. I recommend getting the audio tour, which is an additional fee. You still have to wait in line. The company that provided the tickets wasn't well organized, so I had to figure it out on my own. Also, as many others have commented, the staff at the Doge's Palace (separate from the ticket seller) was extremely rude.

It did what it says, skip the line tickets, collection from Venice Tours, perfect, very helpful and pleasant assistant. A great guide book about Venice, and the area. We skipped all queues and had a comfortable ramble around the Doges Palace in our time. You could purchase an audible guide, but we decided to read the boards. An extra bonus was the Museum of Correro, very interesting and lots to see. And an extra extra bonus was a VR experience, tour through the history of Venice, light and interesting.

I was very unhappy with this tour. First off, this is a skip the line ticket and not a tour, so it is partially my fault that I didn't read the description appropriately. I had a hard time finding where to get the ticket and it was NEXT to the place mentioned in the instructions. The lady gave me the tickets and told me "door 1". We did eventually find door 1 but in total, we asked 3 separate people to find out how to get our tickets and figure out where we were going. The guidebook isn't really about the palace but rather is a book about Venice. I have no idea what VR experience means, I did call the tour office to ask about this as I saw people listening to something on their phone, but the tour office had no idea what VR experience was either, so I'm not sure about that or why it's listed in this "tour". Anyhow, giving a two star because I prefer a tour to hit highlights and not read a bunch of signs which we had to do to understand what each room was about. The writing is also VERY SMALL, I'm in my 50s and do wear readers (but not a large prescription) and I had a hard time reading the boards that explained everything. I use TRIPADVISOR all the time to book tours and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I did ask for my money back or to rebook something else (even at higher cost) once I realized that this wasn't the experience I wanted but was told no.

Thievery!!!!! They sell tickets for the tours that have already ended and won’t refund you. Money from thievery won’t end up well for you.

The experience was wonderful but it was extremely hard to find the newstand to pick up the ticket. When I did find the stand it had no obvious signage to show it wad the right place. A little map to show the location would help a lot

Horrible experience would not recommend tried contacting guide Infront of the post office as listed in the instructions but was of no help, tried chat function within the app and it did not work

We paid US$148 for a €69 equivalent for 3 tickets to the Doges Palace. We couldn’t get official tickets the night before the entry so chose this. A rude man at the newsstand when you collect the severely overpriced tickets and no line at the palace to skip. If you can buy the official ticket for your entry a few days before. Appalling that TripAdvisor allows this deceit and robbery

The Doge's Palace is a must-visit, just brace yourself as there is an actual art overload, and some obscure information that you may not really need to know, so pick and choose what to dwell on. Don't miss the prisons, as they provide an excellent contrast to the excess upstairs. Double check where to get the ticket beforehand; I am also wondering why the price of the ticket was US$47 +, but the ticket the redemption booth gave me only listed the prices as Euro25. It came with a guide book, but that book was not listed in the receipt. Why? Also, you may not need to skip any lines in the low season, which is when I went in November; still touristy, but much better than the chaotic high season. See if there's a line first, and since I came in the morning, there wasn't one. Make sure you bring an ID if you want the audioguide, which I didn't, so I had to stick to reading—an uncurated experience, as it were.

Good self guided tour. Early entrance so crowds less of an issue. Decent price for self guided tour with written guidebook received with tickets the morning of the tour. Interesting history and much better understood after tour

Great timing and the skip the line part is the best! This was very easy to use! Always do the skip the line! The book was also a great bonus!
