The person at the ticket counter didn't recognise the voucher that Viator sent us and the 'tower' was not much more than a tall office block. Views restricted by iron fence. Really disappointed.

Lovely staff, especially the cafe waiter who was friendly, chatty and interested in hearing about our trip plans. Reasonably priced and delicious gateaux and coffee. Views are amazing and you are welcome to take your time appreciating them.

This was a good alternative to the TV tower which I thought was expensive, Panoramapunkt had a nice cafe where you had amazing views of the city and the information boards on the viewing areas were very informative

They don't even deserve the 1 star! This tour operator is very irresponsible. I arrived at the venue only to find out that the activity has been postponed for a week. The tour company failed to send an email, text or placed a call informing me of the same before I travelled all the way to Berlin. A total disappointment.

We decided to visit here when in the area so went to buy tickets to be told the fast elevator was under maintenance so a different one would be used to take us to the top. Shame because it would have been interesting to see how fast it felt but we still went up anyway to get the views. You got a good view in all directions and the whole building was brick built and an unusual shape to it was good to see that too. It was still worth it, even without Europe's fastest elevator!

Great views of Berlin after fast elevator ride. Also very interesting photos and history exhibit of Berlin at the top.

Good views of the city and friendly staff. Also had information boards to tell you what the places were

A inexpensive trip up the fastest lift in Europe and a great view of Berlin. Lovely staff especially the lady manning the lift getting everyone up to the top in a very friendly and efficient way. We stopped in the cafe for a drink this was very relaxing and again with great views. We would recommend you visit if in Berlin.

Staff were friendly, views just arent that amazing but not sure the Berlin skyline is that impressive anyway save for the TV tower.

Great way to spend an hour and get you bearings in Berlin. True birds eye view. Kiosk staff helpful (we were a few minutes late as we had trouble finding our way in!), speedy ascent and 360 degrees view of Berlin. Fascinating wall boards around the viewing gallery with some fab photos of hotels in Potsdam in their heyday. Didn’t have anything to eat in cafe but cake looked good!
