This experience was incredible! The entrance was a little difficult to find in the park, but once we were there our kids (4, 5, 7, & 10) had an amazing time! Instructors were very helpful and then the kids can choose which courses they want to go on. Highly recommended!

We came to Accrocamp Saint Germain at the end of August as a family. Very warm welcome, good atmosphere and the courses are perfect for entertaining children and adults. My children aged 10 and 12 came home delighted even though they initially thought that it would be less good than the Chaville adventure camp that we know well and that we also love. THANKS!

On peut se garer gratuitement rue Jeanne d'Arc, ça compense le manque de parking dédié. On y passe un bon moment. Dommage que le saut de tarzan (réception sur un filet vertical) ait causé des blessures (frottement sur les tibias et saignement au niveau des tibias). Le quickjump (que l'on fait une fois les 4 parcours rouges terminés) est une bonne expérience où il faut vaincre sa peur et sauter dans le vide. Ceci dit l'aire de réception est mal calibrée, j'ai atterri à la limite et du coup basculé en arrière et fait un plat du dos, heureusement sans gravité et sans taper la tête.

Nous avons réservé 1 mois à l’avance pour l’anniversaire de notre fils et ses 8 amis. Nous avons tenté à plusieurs reprises de joindre Accrocamp St Germain en laye pour poser des questions sur l’organisation mais personne n’a jamais répondu. Lorsque nous nous sommes présenté à jour et à l’heure de la réservation avec la confirmation écrite reçue par mail, la réceptionniste nous a informé qu’ils n’avaient pas réservé de table ne sachant pas combien d’enfant participait à l’événement. Cette information était pourtant précisée sur la réservation et personne n’a essayé de nous joindre pour confirmer. De ce fait, l’équipe nous a installé sur la seule table qui restait dans la zone en libre accès, en plein soleil. La réceptionniste ne semblait pas se préoccuper de la situation, et quand nous lui avons fait remarqué que nous avions cherché à les appeler pour confirmer, elle nous a répondu « ce n’est pas moi qui répond au téléphone » sans chercher à s’excuser ou à trouver une solution convenable. Déplorable. Après avoir accueilli tous les enfants, lorsque nous avons voulu les équiper, nous avons du patienter 45 min avec d’autres groupes dans une queue anarchique au contact d’un personnel débordé et irrité. Une attente interminable pour les enfants et du temps de jeu perdu, donnant l’impression d’une organisation calamiteuse et d’une gestion lamentable. Quel intérêt de réserver un anniversaire dans ces conditions ?

Nous sommes allés en famille, plusieurs parcours sont proposées pour les plus petits au plus grand. Le tarif est assez cher pour l'activité. Nous sommes briefé sur les règles par groupe et en vidéo et ensuite à nouveau par un animateur sur l'usage du matériel. Ensuite nous faisons les parcours libre et chacun de son côté. Le personnel est sympathique. S'agissant d'une activité en extérieur, il n'y pas besoin du port de masque.

Le parcours est très bien mais c'est très cher, trop cher! Venir avec quatre enfants vous coûte plus de cent euros!
