In september I joined the cheese, ham and balsamic Food tour together with 2 friends. It was only the three of us. Laura picked us up by car, she was a very safe Driver. We drove to the three places and saw all of them in half a day. Very friendly People with local productions - a real and authentic italian feeling! Laura gave us many interesting Informations and all the food we tried was delicious! I would do it over and over again! Thank you so much Laura!

Laura took us on a morning tour to three venues: a Parmiggiano Reggiano cheesemaker, a ham maker and a balsamico producer.
All three were small family owned companies where you could see the passion of the people for their product. Laura explained a lot and also translated where necessary.
It was a very enjoyable tour and I would recommend it to others.

You will find me inside the train station, two levels down, in front of the coffee shop.
If you arrive by car, we can meet at the exit "Parma Centro" of the motorway.
If you're staying in a hotel in Parma, I can meet you there if it's not in the limited traffic area, otherwise, I will let you know the closest meeting point.
