Moonlit bathing in the Spa Dreaming Centre is wonderful. 10pm til 2am with a limited number of people...Could only access 9 pools but was way better than being out in crowds with kids running around. Beautiful setting, friendly staff (and ring tailed possums). Was so relaxing - will definitely be back!

We have been going to the spring on a regularly since it first opened and have had many good experiences and watched it grow. I'm so very disappointed when after the covid period and then some serious health issues the lack of compassion in honoring 2 gift voucher ($200) that have expired. I was told the the system does allow them to use the voucher once they have passed the expiry date (who are they kidding all systems can be over ridden) and that they follow the ACCC regulations. Was also told I should have called before the expiration date unfortunately I was preoccupied with my health. Clearly it's up to your discretion. Is the money grab worth losing long time customers. Just keep spending on advertising, word of mouth is so much stronger. Sorry to say but its GOODBYE from me, and I'm sure many of my family and friends also. PS We're locals!

We had the most relaxing time today with the Couples Wellness package. We started with Fire and Ice (husband is a 'seasoned' ice bather- I have done a few times, so do know cold is cold!!). Our host Yvonne was caring and encouraging. We then spent the morning going from pool to pool and had an amazing picnic lunch- one of the best salads I've ever had, chia cup, trail mix, fruit and muffin. We spent most of the afternoon between the saunas, ice CAVE (fabulous) Turkish Hamman, pools, we even had a nap in the hothouse that was open to the public overlooking the food bowl! Finished off the day with Body Clay, Yvonne again was our guide and took the time to explain the different clays, where they have come from and the properties of each. We did some breath work she guided us through and topped off the day with the hottest pool we could find! Just fabulous, we live a 3 minute drive away and can't believe it's taken us this long to enjoy what is at fingertips. . All staff were wonderful (we did get lost a couple of times, a huge, beautiful property), Yvonne particularly for the two workshops was a fabulous host and guide. Wonderful day out. We only love five minutes away and kicked ourselves that we haven't gone enough- going to be a regular.

Even though I love hot springs. It is supposed to be a place to relax and rejuvenate. Unfortunately, there is no opportunity for spontaneous visits. It has to be pre-booked or there is 10%surcharge for the same day. I wanted to treat a friend who has been having a difficult time with a disabled child who has been unwell. Unable to commit to a pre-booking in case there is a relapse in their condition and unable to leave them. There was no compassion shown to drop the 10% surcharge and allow my friend to come with me last minute. Not quite the place I could now recommend. I would have thought (Stupid of me) to think they would waive $7.

The most disappointing expensive day out. I booked on a Thursday afternoon, for my daughter’s birthday. Total cost over $145. The complex was so busy, we could only access one pool!!! After trying without success to gain entry into other pools we left. Each pool was overfilled with people— to the point where it was unhygienic it was awful. I was shocked. It was appalling. So disappointed. Do not waste your money, unless you enjoy being treated with such disrespect.

$125 - not including what I paid for food - for a locker, towel and robe hire, two experiences (fire and ice and clay body painting) and use of the springs all day other than the dreaming centre. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was ruined by child after child splashing in the springs treating it like a regular pool. There were drinks spilled in, dirty nappies, children spitting on each other and lack of parental and staff supervision to oversee. I feel like such a dumbass for choosing to come on school holidays but I genuinely thought there would be an age requirement or people wouldn’t be dumb enough to bring their kids. There were kids as young as 4 who were let into the sauna. Regardless of whether they were children, the place was simply overcrowded. I booked well in advance and the amount of people there at one time was actually atrocious. Not sure if I could have relaxed on a regular day without the kids there. Of the two experiences I did, I would have to say fire and ice was really fun, but the clay body painting and meditation was not worth one cent. Both experiences I felt the instructor was rushing us through. Food was ridiculously over priced. Delicious, but extremely pricy. If this were half the price overall I wouldn’t mind but $125 plus food? Nah.

I had wonderful hot spring experiences with my friend and parents in the last couple of weeks. Friendly staff, fantastic pools, great dining experience. Just one thing concerned me. When I was in the ladies changing room in the dream centre, I saw a staff using the bath towels cleaning the floor with her feet. I was quite shocked. I don’t think other people will like this year either.

Do not miss Peninsula Hot Springs if you are anywhere in the vicinity. The entire experience, from the many, many pools, saunas, steam baths and unique experiences like the ice house and clay wall to the welcoming staff who seem to really enjoy their work and the beauty of the grounds and the clean everything is what one dreams of when dreaming of soaking in hot springs. When you think it really can't get better, the restaurant is filled with gourmet organics many of which are grown by Peninsula. I didn't have time to visit the spa this time, but last year I enjoyed a spa day that is the standard that I hold all spas to. Amazingly, it's affordable (really affordable). Worth making a special trip.

Glad we finally visited the Peninsula Hot Springs. Loved the Saunas, Amphitheatre and the hottest Pool. Will be back for the Moonlight experience.

I love this place so much that always try to visit it at least twice a year. It is a far trip for me but so worth it.
