    Giorgio is just the best!!! Such an authentic and amazing tour, so fun and educational without being touristy and kitschy. Best tour in Bari 1000% Food, people, the sites all PERFECT.

    Our experience in Puglia was absolutely incredible and we owe it all to Giorgio at Apulia Tours. He took the time to find out our likes and dislikes and what our interests were. He created a perfect weeklong itinerary that was customized and tailored to fit our personalities and knew exactly what we would enjoy. I can’t express in words how enjoyable our time was each day with Giorgio, experiencing an authentic l, fun and informative tour. We went to Bari, Alberobello, Locorontondo, Matera, Altamura, Lecce, Polignano A Mare and more. Never could we have done this on our own and walked away with the special memories that we will have for years to come. Forever grateful for Giorgio’s kindness, attentiveness and generosity. He’s just a really wonderful human that loves what he does and is passionate about having people experience the beauty of what is now one of our favorite places. 10 out of 10. Couldn’t have asked for more.

    Bari is an absolutely lovely town that was made even more delightful by our fantastic guide, Giorgio who is highly knowledgeable and so very personable. The people and food tour allowed us to truly see and learn about Bari, its people, traditions and taste many incredible foods. I can’t imagine a better guide than Giorgio to show you how the locals really love and live life. You’ll be mesmerized by the quaint streets where ladies make pasta and the locals are enjoying life, you’ll taste fresh olives, figs, cheeses, focaccia, and sweets as well as see the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Orthodox Church that operates below it, plus so much more. Giorgio and this tour will amaze you. Highest recommendation. Don’t miss an unforgettable experience.

    Super experience. Giorgio was very engaging for all ages and it was a great mix of history, explanation of today’s Bari and especially the people. We were able to taste nice local food on the way and even made oricchiette. Thanks a lot, Giorgio!

    I have been to Bari many times, but it wasn’t until Giorgio showed me around his beautiful city that I appreciated this unique place. From snacking on oysters at the marina to chatting with the famous pasta nonnas of Bari, and then tasting the very best focaccia in the city, I will never forget this tour. Grazie mille Giorgio for this amazing experience.
