With all old ruines you have to imagine what it looked like in ancient Rome. But seeing these remnants up close sure helps you do that. We had an exclusive tour, so you see an opposite part of the stadium. In all it we spent about 90 minutes underground. Glad we took this tour!

Great, relatively short tour and what we found was quite unexpected. Well worthwhile to get you started when arriving in Piazza Navona.

It was very interesting to see the underground and you feel like you transformed into those ages and attending to a race in ancient Rome

It was really impressive to see what lays underneath the city. The additional location under the French school of history was also amazing to see. Only down side was a few bits of the audio guide did not match up to what we were seeing, like a missing model but it wouldn’t stop me recommending this
