    Excellent tour guide Jairo spoke brilliant English and gave a great insight into the area & tour. We were a small friendly group of 8 in a comfortable people carrier. We first visited a remote beautiful monastery. Next stop was Potes, a beautiful old village with quaint cafes plus a river to dip your feet in & cobbled streets to wander around for a couple of hours. Picos de Europa are amazing mountains. Breath taking views with the cleanest of air. This is a must see whilst in Santander. A full day trip. Go up the cable car and see the beautiful views & walk around to take it all in but make sure you leave plenty of time to get back on the cable car down the mountain as we had to wait 30 minutes & we felt so bad for keeping everyone waiting !!! We had no idea we would be waiting so long & initially we thought the queue was for the bathroom!!

    I would recommend, but with reservations. Bus was old, 8 people were crammed, and in the back, no air conditioning. We did not see the caves as advertised. Out of your control was the drive to Potes, which had a huge amount of traffic due to road work, cutting time from the sightseeing. The optional cable car ride had spectacular views, but overall, was not worth it. Tour guide was lovely and worked very hard to make everyone happy. Most of the commentary was in Spanish, less in English. I have taken other Viators in the past, and will probably take another in the future. Thank you.

    Our guide was great! It was a highly personalized tour, with only our 2 families (us and friends, 8 total) in the group. So beautiful, highly recommended!

    I am a solo traveller and this tour was perfect. Pepe picked me up directly from my hotel and on time. The tour was really good and informative - in both english and spanish. I would recommend this and of course thank you to Pepe for a nice day out to Picos de Europa.
