Beware of this company - I have tried for the last two months to obtain a refund for a trip (A$300+) which was cancelled in plenty of time. The email on the website is "undeliverable", the Facebook page is no longer operating, and messages left on the phone were unanswered. On finally talking to Vicki I was informed that Viator had not paid them my money. A false claim because the money went straight to Kandu. So this company is a con and lie to keep the money. It is difficult to pursue this payment as I live in NZ. Not a good look for tourism in Perth or Western Australia.

We booked the day trip to The Pinnacles with Kandu, and we had a truly excellent time. We were the only ones on the tour, to our surprise, but that's how Vicki operates: really small groups. She is an excellent host, and suggested some really nice changes to our tour based on what we'd already seen. We can highly recommend booking with Vicki and when we return, the Danes will book again!

Went on this tour and was only person so was quite surprised they ran it. Vicki was an excellent guide and said you can spend as much time in any location as you like as there is no time limit within reason of course. This was an excellent tour and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful day. Vicki was my guide. She was brilliant we had a great day together. I was the only client so felt very special. She thought of everything. Tea and pastries on a beautiful deserted beach a lovely touch. The Pinnacles were amazing and Vicki was very informative. Lunch was very good. Restaurant was quiet and the food good. Thoroughly enjoyed my day and would recommend it. Thankyou.

Wonderful low stress tour with Vicki. I learned a lot about the amazing scenery, laughed a lot, and got a pleasant surprise at the end. I will definitely tour again with Vicki when I return.

Vicki was a wonderful guide, and we enjoyed our trip with her. We loved that she was very flexible, and willing to work with our schedule when a few things came up that delayed our morning departure.

We spent a wonderful day with Vicki visiting the Pinnacles and Hangover Bay (w/ morning tea!) in Nambung National Park, a delicious lunch at the Dunes and a tour of Lancelin, ending up at Yanchep National Park for koala & kangaroo encounters. Vicki was personable and willing to change itinerary to what suited our interests. The whole day exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

We had absolutely wonderful trip with Viki who was able to arrange everything despite of the technical issued we faced having showed great flexibility and welcome. It was a very friendly, good conversation all the way and time passed really fast. I definitely recommend not to miss this tour!

Though the tour was probably designed for small group, the participants were only two of us. First we went to the Pinnacles and got the amazing landscape. The view was impossible in the place where we live. On the way to Yanchep National Park we stopped by at Lancelin and got great lunch in “Dunes”, really nice restaurant. Then we went to the Yanchep National Park and saw wild kangaroos jumping and Koalas on the trees. Especially the manager of the Dunes was really nice and showed us the sand dunes nearby with her 4W vehicle. I am sure this tour should not be missed when one visits Perth.

Vicki has been the most amazing tour guide. By days end we felt like we had known each other forever. I last visited The Pinnacles 30 years ago and loved them. I was wondering if todays visit would disappoint. It did everything but. Lunch at The Dunes in Lancelin was delicious. I had the Red Emperor fish that I havent tasted in 30 years either. I made lifelong memories today. I can highly recommend Vicki and Kandu Tours for anyone visiting this part of WA. Oh and morning tea was a very special touch with cupcakes Vicki shared from her daughters 21st birthday.
