This is a must do activity. No spoiler alerts in this review.
This is not a tour per se, The Captain of this adventure immerses his travelers in a French Quarter history lesson as told through the eyes of a scallywag. The true underbelly of New Orleans is magified through great story telling and the visually appealing surroundings of the French Quarter.
Heroism and debauchery. Good times and bad. Morally sound to the morally flexible. You will learn why this town has been calling to you.
The delivery of this epic tail is in a class all on its own. You can see other tours happening around you and you walk past a few, but you can also tell they are not having as much fun as you are on this wild ride.
This is a MUST DO. The value outweighs the price on this one.

Captain was amazing! I’m in a wheelchair and he really made sure to make it accessible and easy for me. My son is only 5 and he kept the information kid friendly while still making it fun and knowledgeable for everyone. If you are thinking about taking this tour…do it!! Not only does he know so many interesting facts about the pirates of the French Quarter but he also answered our questions about New Orleans in general. When the tour was over he even gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do/see while we were here.

We went on the tour when it was raining, but our Captain did not let it dampen his - or our - spirit. He was engaging and knowledgeable and wove the history with humor and a willingness to engage with my granddaughter. It was just great!

This was a 10 out of 10 experience! Everyone should do this tour. It was our third walking tour and my 11 year said it was by far the best! Fascinating history, engaging story telling, and the Captain was animated and knowledgeable! We loved it!
