This was such a fun evening!!! Bea was a delight- engaging, fun and incredibly knowledgeable. We did this along with our teenage son, and she even managed to keep his interest! The food was delicious, and we can’t wait to recreate our own Roma Pizza at home!

Good fun making and then eating the pizza and also chatting to others doing the same. Learnt a few things we did not know about allowing the dough to rest 3 times prior to baking !

This is not a reflection of the chef who taught us, as he was enthusiastic but the whole experience. We were welcomed into the restaurant to a seperate area and given what can only be described as a shot of prosecco whilst waiting. We prepared the pizza dough alongwith 7 other people who we did not know. The kitchen to prep the pizza was small and we were split into groups which meant, as we were the second lot into the kitchen, we just sat about for 15 minutes, no offer of water or beverage with a lump of dough in front of us. The chef did apologise. Then it was our turn, where there were 4 adults attempting to squeeze in and I was sited right beside the pizza oven where on a couple of occasions I was too close to the oven, which at 330 degrees was not safe nor comfortable. In terms of cooking experience, for us it felt like a childlike experience with us being asked what we wanted on our pizza and this being put on the top of the pizza for us to spread out. Whilst we were in the kitchen the other group were eating the pizza they had made so when we rejoined it made for an awkward experience, as for some reason they had chosen to sit in a line on the one table provided. They had finished theirs so we had to sit across from them to eat ours and when we were half way through the restaurant offered bruchetta. We had a wine and beer offered. For the amount the experience cost I expected better and whilst the pizza tasted good, I could of got a takeaway cheaper.
