The tour was great! Leonora showed us her favorite parts of the city. Watching the sunset on top of the hill along with a bird view of the city and the douro valley is such an unforgettable experience. Of course, this cannot go without a refreshing cocktail Porto Tónico, a blend of white port wine, tonic water, orange and rosemary.

Balthazar guide was excellent. He spoke English very well. He gave very complete answers to questions. He had excellent local knowledge. His pace was good. I would recommend him as a good guide and would go again with him. Peter from Canada

Inês(guide), and Esteves (bus driver) gave us a great tour. They kept us safe, happy, and well fed. Both were fantastic. About the tour: We tried one wine and two ports at the first vineyard, and two wines and two ports at the second. All light pours. For a 10 hour excursion I was expecting more in depth port/wine making process explanations as well as more wine/port tasting. For the price, I wouldn’t do it again, but it was a great way to spend a day with friends visiting from out of the country.

Was really looking fw fo this - such a disappointing experience. Lenorha was great. I am sure picking the spots is not up to her. The title of this is ROOFTOP. We did not go on a single rooftop, terrace or balcony. In the pictures I see some type of rooftop or terrace. As at least 1 other person mentioned, 1 port serving was served outside, surrounded by college kids waiting for the sunset, in a plastic glass. We didn’t even get to sit at a table - we sat on a concrete wall for 5 minutes. Oh - and the 2 other people spoke spanish so the guide had to say everything twice (i know quite a bit of spanish and tried to follow along so she didn’t have to repeat twice). Very disappointing.

Dominguez (sorry if my spelling is wrong) was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of the history of Porto and it's founders was interesting and informative! Great time! I would do it again!

Roof top view, connecting with other members of the group at the end of our tour. We expected this to be more of a focussed port tasting experience and it really was more of a walking tour of many similar sites with similar info. of a tour we had done during the day. We did learn a few new things and yes, our guide was knowledgeable. There were two stops to have a taste of port as we walked the city streets. Of course the repeat was of no fault to the gracious, friendly guide, but I guess we thought the advertising of this tour was a bit misleading. We had four of us on this tour, my husband and I along with two young adult females. Although they did speak some English, they requested that our guide shared info. in Portuguese with them as we made our stops. Our guide apologized in advance, and explained that sometimes she does have to do both to accommodate the group. Our guide proceeded to give dual explanations, one in English, one in Portuguese at each stop/view we made. This was a bit confusing to us because these very nice young ladies spoke English very fluently to my husband and myself as we walked around, enjoyed our port, and especially at the end of the tour after our guide left and we enjoyed our last taste of port at a restaurant. They conversed very well in English. Again, this is no fault to our very pleasant guide, but if your guides notice this in your groups, you should have them simply have participants agree to the English speaking tour we signed up for to lessen the wait time, duration on a chilly, rainy evening as such we had. thank you, Lori and Jim

Fantastic tour of Porto. Leonora was our guide and she was very informative and friendly. She was happy to answer all our questions. Despite the weather we all had a great time. Only disappointment was the port at the first stop but the last one made up for it!

We had the best time with our guides Leanor and Elena. We saw the most beautiful sights and enjoyed some of the most beautiful views of Porto. It was a great way to get a feel for the city on our first day in Porto! The last stop was very special, seeing the river and the city lit up at night was magical !
