We were picked up for in Miami, taken to the wrong Everglades location, and had a 40 minute tour which I paid for. The cost was over $750 for 3 hours in the car and a brief tour. Viator
refused after 40 minutes on the phone to refund me. Horrible!

Amazing experience. The Customer service and experience was absolutely top. We had several special requests as we were travelling with a 14-month old baby and wanted/needed everything private, including the airboat tour. We found ourselves in the best hands. Everything was organised at top notch level. Speed of answers to our questions was at speed of light. Even on 26 Dec!! The driver was amazing, he also explained to the airboat captain that due to the baby we want the airboat to go slower than usual because of the winds. Super friendly service. Super reliable. Best experience. Thank you Maya and everyone involved for this unique experience!!!
