    Amazing experience traveling arround this beautifull island of Madeira. Always Madeira (tour organiser) has been fantastic from initial booking engagement to the moment we got dropped back off at our hotel. Edgar (our guide) was very experienced and knowledgeble about anything Madeira and beyond. We had loads of laughs, experienced breathtaking views, drove arround the island in the convertible (roof-less portuguese SUV), had few of the best local Poncha's and much more. We would highly recomend servicess of Edgar and Always Madeira tour guide. We will for sure do another trip (or few) with them. The best!!! Thank you

    We had a fantastic half day trip with Edgar/Always Madeira 4x4. His knowledge of the island and passion for his tour service made the experience enjoyable for our family. My four year old daughter was entertained and happy and we were able to see many sights and take some wonderful pictures. Completely worth spending a little more to get the flexibility and service that comes with this private tour. We hope to return and visit more of the island with Edgar!

    I recently took a half-day island excursion, and the guide, who happened to be the owner of the company, was excellent. He showed me remarkable places, away from the tourist crowds, and shared interesting anecdotes. His knowledge was impressive, he drove safely, and he allowed me plenty of time to take great photos. The wine tasting and Poncha experience added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this company.

    We had an amazing time during our tour. Edgar, our tour guide, was so lovely and accommodating. He is knowledgeable and shared lots of information with us about the island, the locals, anything we wanted to know really. Some of the spots we wanted to see were foggy when we got there so he took us to other points of interest instead so we don’t feel like we missed out. Such a great experience overall, would definitely recommend it if you go to Madeira and want to see some points of interest in a short period of time. We did the half day tour and it was perfect, especially for my parents who are a bit older.
