    Walk around Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral. Graham was an excellent guide and suggested we try the pasties at the Stonehenge shop. They were fabulous. We had several kinds.. The large white horse carved into the hill was also easy to miss but fabulous to see once pointed out!

    Despite the terrible weather, we had an amazing private and customized tour of (pre)historic sites in the beautiful English countryside. The tour company was felxible in exchanging out a stop on our route. We were picked up and dropped off directly at our hotel in a beautiful and roomy luxury van stocked with plenty of complimentary phone chargers and water. We visited Stonehenge, Lacock, and Avebury. The sites are magnificent and personal bucket list items. I have a special needs child that requires some accessibility, and Robert, our driver guide, was the just the finest of gentlemen, helping to accommodate us at every chance. In fact, by the end of the day, he was family.

    My husband and I needed transportation from Glastonbury to Heathrow and had all day to do it so we opted for the Stonehenge, Avebury, Salisbury country tour. It was an excellent choice! David is quite pleasant, knowledgeable, and conversant. He helped us spend our last day in the UK seeing sights along the way while sharing his knowledge. I especially appreciated the demo in the Avebury gift shop with the dowsing rods and pendulum. The lunch spot he suggested for us was an exquisite old country Inn. He also took us by Windsor castle since our flight left later in the evening. It was a wonderful, memorable day, I can't imagine a better way for us to have spent it.
