Get to know the history of one of Bordeaux's most important monuments, why it was built, and what is its relation with the french revolution. We will walk around the monument, there are no entrance fees.

Grand Theatre

A magnificent landmark of Bordeaux, one of the oldest theaters in all of Europe! We will walk around the Grand Theatre of Bordeaux while giving information about its history and why it is one of the best landmarks of the city. We will not go inside. But I will show pictures that I have of the amazing interior.

Rue Sainte-Catherine

Bordeaux main and commercial street and it is also Europe's longest street. It is filled with shops and restaurants, it is like the heart of Bordeaux. We will pass by it and I will explain the history of this street and why it was named Sainte Catherine

Utopia

A one of a kind Cinema that is a present in an old church building. It has a unique style of movies and documentaries. We will go inside to see the architecture and the decoration (no entrance fees) and to see the upcoming movie plannings

Place du Parlement

A very touristic square of Bordeaux next to where Utopia is located. we will have a walk and I will explain its name, in addition to the secret of the "Mascarons" all around the building

Place de la Bourse

Bordeaux's most amazing square with the fountain in the middle and a beautiful view towards the Garonne river and the stone bridge. On this square, we can have a seat while I explain its history, how it evolved, and the story of the fountain in the middle.

The Water Mirror

Bordeaux most visited place by tourists. A mirror square that reflects the beauty of the Place de la Bourse. Of course no entrance fees, it is open to Public. While there, visitors will find out the amazing story behind it and see pictures of all the mechanisms underneath it.

Pont de Pierre

After the water mirror, we make a stop next to the river and the stone bridge, to talk of the history of Bordeaux during the world war in addition to one fascinating story about the stone bridge's construction.

La Cite du Vin

No visit to Bordeaux is complete without its most important landmark: the wine city! An amazing building that holds and explains the universal culture and history of wine and winemaking around the world. During our tour, we will visit the Cité du Vin where I will explain the amazing history of this building and the idea behind the project. We will also check the wonderful Wine Cellar and the boutique! we will tour the gardens of the Cité du Vin and see how it fits well with its neighborhood. Please note that this tour does not include tickets to visit the permanent exhibition of the Cite du Vin. If you would like to visit the exhibition, you will have to purchase the tickets there.
