Lincoln Park

(Pass by)

The center of our tour and the second most visited park in the Country! Did you know Lincoln Park is BIGGER than Central Park!? (27 percent bigger). It's a lot to cover but our motorized Pedicabs make quick work getting you to each iconic destination hidden within.

Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool

This is one of the most hidden and most beautiful spots in all of Chicago. A lily pond gated and tucked away, thermally heated from below and built in the 1940s with exotic plants from all over the world. This design is intended to “mimic a riverformed by a melting glacier’s flow of water cutting through limestone” according to Julia Brachrah, the Chicago Park District historian. The architect behind this beautiful pond, Alfred Caldwell, said that he'd planned the it as "a hidden garden of the people of Megalopolis," and in many ways that's exactly what it is today. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through here as one of the many stops on our tour.

Lincoln Park Conservatory

A botanical garden housed in a one of the most stunning structures in the city, a 19th century glasshouse displaying a massive array of plants complete with a world famous Palm House and Orchid room. This stop isn't just for plant lovers, even the kids get a kick out of these ornately decorated gardens.

Fullerton Beach

No tour is complete without cruising up and down Chicago's iconic lakeshore path, enjoy the drop in temp as your tour guide gets you right up next to the waves (yes, Lake Michigan often has waves!) We usually take a trip over to the beach on every tour for photos and if it's nice enough you can plan ahead with your tour guide to take a quick dip!

Couch Mausoleum

One of the oldest standing structures in all of Chicago and definitively the oldest above ground structure in Lincoln Park, this tomb contains the remains of Ira Couch. The couch family gave up tending to this mausoleum long ago but now the city foots the bill because in addition to being a historical landmark it's just really cool. This kicks off our haunted section off the tour- Lincoln Park is built on one of the first graveyards in Chicago and before it was relocated to make way for a park it was massive. The city finally had to move the caskets due to sanitary conditions. They were buried near marsh lands, and would wash ashore when the lake levels began to rise. The decomposed remains also infected drinking water – causing several cholera outbreaks. Experts say over 12,000 people were buried here and in 1998 they found at least 80 more in unmarked graves..untold more could remain in the park to this very day. Option to extend tour and see all the ghostly sites avail when booking!

Lincoln Park

Wanna see the most expensive house in Illinois? It's in Lincoln Park and we would be happy to take you there! It's a 25,000sq ft mansion currently listed for $30 million dollars! the French-inspired mansion at 1932 N Burling St. in Chicago easily claims the top spot for expensive real estate in Illinois! We will check out one of the oldest and most affluent areas in Chicago on the way here, complete with incredible architecture and some of the most idyllic, tree-lined streets in the country.

Chicago Lakefront

(Pass by)

Our tours can include as many stops as you would like, we can take you to some of the most adored restaurants in all of Chicago, take you into Lincoln Park neighborhoods to see more architecture or check out some famous Mob scenes from when Al Capone ruled Chicago. The choice is yours!

Lincoln Park Zoo

(Pass by)

One of the biggest and only free open air zoos in the country! This is generally an activity to enjoy before or after our tour but can be included in the experience if you would like!

N State Pkwy

Although this stop is technically in Gold Coast, it's right next to Lincoln Park and on one of the prettiest streets in all of Chicago. Cruising down this road seeing some of the oldest and most fabulous mansions in the city will leave Sinatra's lyrics to Chicago echoing in your mind, "On State Street, that great street, I just want to say They do things they don't do on Broadway They have the time, the time of their life I saw a man, he danced with his wife In Chicago, Chicago, my hometown."
