    Graham is the BEST!!!! He was so accommodating for us. We had a person in our party in wheelchair and he was Perfect!!! Knowledgeable, knew the small stuff, knew where to go. So much history, so much information. The day before we did the hop on hop off bus tour and I was afarid that our tour with Graham was going to be the exact same. Well I was wrong. He was amazing! 5 STARS Graham took photos of us too.

    While I would have loved to give him 5 stars, I just can't. I entered this tour with an open mind, open to seeing anything / everything and I only requested 1 thing, that being that i get to see the the changing of the guard. He did take me there, but only to see the parade and not the changing of the guard. And, overall, I was pretty far away with the guide demanding we leave once the parade went by. As a former military officer, this was a "once-in-a-lifetime" event for me and I just didn't get to see the event, not caring how long it was going to take. I did get to see some other nice places, and some off-the-wall unexpected sites, but I'm left with an empty pit in my stomach. But, overall, I have to say it was pretty average as he couldn't find parking spaces for places he raved about, but we never did get to experience.

    Amazing tour, unforgettable, comfortable. The driver was good, polite and knew better what to do. The tour was terrific and I m fully recommending this kind of tour if you need a private tour in London or surrounding cities.
