The tour guide did not show. This is a European company that doesn’t hire its own tour guides. It’s not even a tour operator, and it’s not locally registered in the City of Williamsburg and is operating illegally. How Viator allowed this company to open and operate on here is beyond me but they clearly aren’t paying attention. I recommend googling and booking a local company directly. They also charge $350 for a tour when you could do one for $20-$25 per person with a reputable local company. Look them up on google. This company also uses the meeting location of another local company and probably copies its tour too.
