By far the best tour I've ever done. We were lucky enough to have Thomas as our guide and could not have been happier with the entire experience. He was a rare guide that was not only entertaining, but deeply knowledgeable about the subject. He has an incredible passion for the history of D-Day which was clear from the extensive research he has done and the time he has taken to engage with veterans. Having the opportunity to see the area in the WW2 jeep made it so unique and memorable as well. I have taken many tours, but none have impressed me as much as this did. I would hands down do it again.

We had a wonderful time on our tour. We split our family of 6 between the two Jeeps and stopped together along the way. Our kids ages 3 thru 10 stayed well engaged. Thomas and Flavie entertained the kid’s repeat/juvenile questions with ease. They provided blankets as well. The kids especially enjoyed trying on the WW2 helmet and learning all about the Willie’s Jeeps we road it. My husband and I really appreciated the historical locations we visited, learning some possibly lesser known stories, as well as identifying some locations portrayed in Band of Brothers. Would highly recommend.

Flavie was an incredible tour guide, her knowledge was super extensive and brought history to life. Being able to see the landscape the paratroopers had to navigate along with all of her insights was profound. Riding in the Jeep added to the experience, their off-road capability is impressive paired with the fact that these are still fully functional 80 years later! I’d recommend this highly immersive, educational experience to everyone. Count yourself lucky if you get Flavie as your guide!

Awesome couple of hours. Guide was so passionate and knew their stuff. When you first arrive anywhere in the area do this tour - when you visit sites they will be so much more memorable with the insights you have gained on this tour. Thankyou Thomas so much for a great experience.

We went on the 2 hour trip from St Marie Eglise to Utah Beach. Our guide Thomas was absolutely brilliant! Interesting stories and anecdotes from his own work and interviews. Very kind and good with the child onboard who had a thousand questions about pretty much everything! If you are going to do one guided tour around this area I highly recommend this. This is the best way to get up and close to the history and away from all the crowds. My only regret is not booking one of the longer tours!

What an awesome afternoon! Best choice to learn more about world war II. It felt like you were part of it. My 13 year old son also enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Flavie!

Terrific experience for our teenagers. We learned so much about WWII while bumping through the hedgerows and experiencing just a taste of what our soldiers faced in that dense forest. Our kids even got to drive for a bit!

Thomas the tour guide was knowledgeable and adept at utilizing photos and maps to recreate strategy and tactics. His anecdotes gathered from research and personal interviews brought everything to life. Well worth it. Sharon Teed and Thom Hayes

Such a wonderful activity to do in Saint-Mère Église. My father and I had a fantastic time learning about the parajumpers in WWII from Flavie and visiting all of the landing sights. It was really cool to drive through the fields in the authentic Jeep and explore the area. Thank you so much Flavie for the incredible experience! I cannot recommend this tour enough!

We did the jeep tour with Thomas. Could not have been happier. So impressed with his knowledge. His enthusiasm was engaging with the utmost respect to the topic. So happy we did this. Thomas even offered to put flowers on the grave of my great uncle the next time he was at the cemetery in another part of France. That was one of my grandmother's last wishes.
