Not a simple city tour, but an amazing connection to history, social life, and personalities. The tour guide has a pleasant voice, a funny way and historical knowledge.

This was a very knowledgable tour of history. We went through the dark ages up to after s the second war. I found it interesting how big part religious and war between katholic and protestant had on Heidelberg.

This is such a great and informational tour. We live an hour away and often bring visiting family and friends to Heidelberg so I’ve done multiple tours here and this one was the best. The castle is not a part of this tour but you still get plenty of information about the castle and all you need for going and seeing the castle on your own later. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful city ,quite historical and full of interest, which I would not have understood without the information I received from my guide. She was efficient, pleasant, humorous, and presented everything through her perspective, which made the tour a bit more personal. I was very pleased. It was exactly what I wanted.

Sarah was an excellent guide! She met me at my hotel (Hollander Hof), and we set out on a tour of the Alte Stadt. I lived in the area in grade school, so I had been on many field trips to the old city, but there was so much I had learned. Sarah did a fantastic job filling in my knowledge gaps and suggesting things to see and places to visit. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about Heidelberg and its long history.

Sarah was wonderful! Incredibly knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. She was also flexible in adjusting time as we were about 20 minutes behind schedule ourselves. She showed us the highlights but also some "hidden treasures" for those how are curious about history. Would highly recommend!

Sarah was very knowledgeable and the private tour was excellent. Made the sight seeing so much more interesting knowing all the stories behind the buildings. Sarah is a lovely tour guide - relaxed and friendly
