    We had such a lovely time on our trek. Sandra is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. We learnt a lot from her and really enjoyed her company. Would definitely recommend Lava Trekking!

    We had a great 3h hiking trip with Guide Sabrina, learned about the volcanic history and ended the tour with a little wine and cheese picnic, certainly recommended and feels like good price value

    Really great tour, would definitely recommend! Beautiful scenery, small group, relatively easy hike for all to do, and Sandra and Serena were super passionate, informed and went above and beyond.

    Sandra was an excellent guide, with excellent knowledge of the area and lava fields. She provided us with extra water, concerned our supplies would be insufficient for the dry heat. The climb was moderate, not too steep, with plenty of level areas. The meeting point, was at a quaint little church, however it is quite remote, most other members of the group arrived by car, however, we arrived by taxi, Sandra kindly dropped us back at our hotel. Memorable parts of the trip were the meditation by the crater, and watching the sunset with snacks and wine. Thank you for a memorable afternoon.

    What to expect

    We will do a hiking activity through the Timanfaya volcanoes. This is a guided walking route where we will explain the details of the place, its history, etc. The route will be 3-4 hours depending on the physical conditions or difficulties.
