Hassle free. Our driver arrived 5 minutes before collection time in a very clean Mercedes van. He drove very smoothly and calmly through the busy Sorrento traffic. Price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend.

We used this company for transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento. The booking process was very easy . The owner, Giuseppe, responded to every question and emails timely. The rates are the best around hands down . I would like to compliment our driver, Jimmy. He was absolutely great . Highly professional, very communicative and very knowledgeable of the region and its history. It helped that he spoke perfect English as well. I would highly recommend this company if you have any transportation needs .

Giuseppe picked us up at the Naples airport and drove us to Sorrento, then returned us to Naples a few days later. He was on time, waiting at the airport, and walked us to his clean and comfortable Mercedes van. He spoke English, was chatty but not too chatty, and generally made it so easy to travel from Naples to Sorrento after a long travel day/night. He was also helpful in suggesting how much time we needed on our return to the Naples train station on a vacation weekend and, on arrival, gave complete information for where to go. Highly recommend Transferelax for travel from Naples!

I want to write a review to show how happy and satisfied we are with this company! We booked the transfer two weeks in advance and arrived at the airport on Monday evening. The chauffeur was there to pick us all up in their nice Mercedes van which is fully air conditioned and really nice! He took us to our Minori hotel very safely. He also pointed out places for us to visit. We also booked a one day trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius (at a very good price) with this company. On the way back to the hotel the chauffeur stopped for one hour shopping at a big mall. We just loved the driver, he is so nice and helpful and speaks very good English too. The company also took us back to the airport. We had a really good deal with them. They took us into the city center om Naples and waited there for a couple of hours while we were shopping. Then drove us safely and in good time to the airport. My highest recommendations for you to hire this company, they are all the best!

My daughter & I were picked up by sweet Mr. Nello at the Naples train station and taken to our hotel in Sorrento. We had such a great experience I booked to return trip with them as well. The booking process was so easy and they are very responsive and helpful. It is a family business. Nice people, great prices & fantastic drivers. Very clean vehicles. Initially I was worried as the rates for Transferelax were very reasonable much more so then other companies I had seen. However this taxi company is all you need for transport. There is nothing to worry about and if you have Colomba you will have a wonderful drive as she gives you many recommendations and makes you feel really comfortable. A well run family business. On time too for 8pm pick up at the airport even though there was accidents on the roads meaning Colomba had to leave at 2pm to make it to us on time

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you provided on our recent holiday. We used your company twice for transfers and on both these occasions the drivers were reliable, helpful and friendly. Our train was over an hour late and Columba met us with a big smile and lots of great advice before dropping us to our accomodation. Our return transfer were just as easy and stress free and they were very flexible and accomodating with our change in times as there was a train strike that we were trying to negotiate. Their cars were immaculate and they were always very quick in response to any communication. I wish we had of had the time to use them for local tours but hopefully next time we visit we will be able to fit it in. I will be recommending you to anyone visiting the area. Thank you

I only have positive things to say about this company. They were extremely understanding and able to rearrange my transfer at late notice when my flight was delayed and then cancelled and rescheduled to a different day. The transfer was very fairly priced - the best price I found after searching multiple options. My driver was extremely pleasant and professional :) Highly recommend.

I want to warn anyone against using Transferelax for any car services. We had a terrible experience using them for a return transfer from Sorrento to Naples Airport. I booked the transfer about 3 months prior to our trip, with a confirmed pickup time of 9:30am. I received a message from them around 8am informing me that due to traffic, our driver would probably be 10-15 minutes late. Cut to 9:50am. We are sitting outside of our hotel with all of our luggage, no driver. I call, email , no response. At around 10:20 am, I finally got someone on the phone who had no answers for me, and said that the driver was probably just sitting in traffic. He was very unapologetic and almost dismissive about the fact that our driver still had not arrived. Finally, a driver shows up shortly after 10:30, over an hour late. No apologies, but explanation. He did get us to the airport, but it was a very uncomfortable ride in complete silence. He did not say a single word the entire time. Then when we got to the airport, we had to run because we were super close to missing our flight. I tried to pay him with my credit card , and the machine he had in his car wasn’t working and he sat there so slowly for several minutes trying to mess with it, swiping my card several times. No sense of urgency at all or realization that we were risking missing our flight because he was an hour late picking us up. We did luckily end up making our flight , with absolutely no time to spare. I never even heard back from the company after the several messages I left asking where our driver was. This not was an ideal way at all to end our vacation, and I would strongly advise against anyone using them in the future , especially for a time sensitive situation.

I highly recommend Transferelax if you need a private transfer anywhere in the Amalfi Coast / Sorrento area! We are a family of 4 and used Giuseppe for a ride with luggage from the Napoli Centrale train station to Atrani and then again from Vico Equense to the Napoli Afragoli train station in June 2023. He was always very quick to respond and always had availability. His prices were fair / competitive and his drivers were always on time and very friendly. Due to having 4 people, we always drove in an air conditioned van and there was plenty of space and the vehicles were clean. Do not hesitate to call them!
