Richard was a wonderful guide. Incredibly knowledgeable of Key West’s (Conch Republic) unique history, providing an in-depth perspective which can only come from being a third generation, life long resident. A must do tour when you’re in Key West!

This is an excellent tour for architects, property developers, art historians and anyone who wants an in-depth tour of Key West. We enjoyed it, but two hours on a hot and humid day with no breaks for a cooling refreshment was really more than we, and most of our group, could bear. Richard knows his stuff. He is passionate, full of amusing anecdotes, but is in desperate need of an editor to get this walking tour down to a reasonable length. If it had been half as long I would have raved about it. Try it. Enjoy it. But be forewarned, it is a marathon.

The walking tour of Key West was the highlight of our trip!! Richard was very gracious with his time and gave us a real educational tour of Key West. He packed a ton of information into a short time and passed along suggestions for other sites to visit during our stay. Richard's first hand knowledge and passion for Key West in my opinion is unparalleled! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Key West!! Thanks again Richard!
