Great excursion to Penguins island with very experienced and knowledgeable guide Cloe. She knew all the right spots to see wildlife animals.

My husband & I took the private Great Ocean Road tour with James, it was everything we wanted and more. James was thoroughly knowledgeable, very personable and professional. Being a private tour he gave us options & asked what we were most interested in. I would use the tour company again in a heartbeat.

My valued clients were very pleased with their journey. Their host was polite well mannered and looked after them admirably. Their journey was a long planned highlight of Victoria and they were not disappointed thanks to their host/driver who went out of his way to ensure they had a wonderful journey. Thank you so much.

The Great Ocean Road has been on our bucket list. And after having had our holiday to Australia postponed 5 times and delayed by almost 2 years, we thought, as it was our last place to visit on our 3 week holiday, that we would go all out and book a private tour! It really was truly memorable. The cost for my husband and I wasn't over-excessive (around $800 Australian) and we were delivered an A1 tour. James, who was our driver as well as our guide has lived on the road for a long time, so he knew the history and some of the interesting local stuff. The stress of hiring a car and having to do all that driving in one day - no way hooseeee! Do yourself a favour and do it in style - you won't regret it.

Wonderful experience. The sunset view is phenomenal. One can imagine the crowd pre-pandemic. Try go down to the little cove with the sandy beach. It’s another different experience. The guide is super friendly and informative.

Excellent trip! It is a long day and I wish I had more time. Nice to move at my own speed at the stops and James adjusted as needed.

Wow. What a road. I had done a small bit of research before I choose to visit this area, I knew the 12 apostles was a must visit, but I wasn’t quite expecting all the bits inbetween. Our guide Michael was just the sweetest man and really looked after my mum (77) and the rest of our group. Always asking if we had everything we needed, well planned toilet stops, thoughtful little touches throughout the day. I think like most people though, we do wish we had spent longer and opted for a 2 day tour. Time and budget unfortunately did not allow for it. But, we will be back! Hopefully we can pick up from Michael where we left off.

We took a tour of the Great Ocean Road with this company, direct from Geelong, as at that time we couldn’t start the tour in Melbourne due to restrictions. The flexibility shown to fit in with our location, dietary requirements and interests was top notch. It was a real boutique experience and we didn’t feel rushed at any time. We particularly enjoyed the walk through the rainforest and the story behind why it was still standing, that James our guide, described to us.

It felt like being shown around by a local. His knowledge of the area was very impressive. He was very laid back and friendly but still maintained a high degree of professionalism in his driving and making sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. Word of warning though, the one day tour is pretty full on. You need a high degree of stamina to last until the end without dozing off in the back in the car on the way back to Melbourne. If you suffer from ‘tour fatigue’ like my partner, you might be more inclined to take the 2 or 3 day tour. But if you have the energy, you don’t have too many days to spare and you don’t mind a bit of a long car journey, then the one day will be manageable. Just expect to smash out a lot of things in the one day. The one day tour is fast paced and you will probably have a 100+ at the end of it. I took about 126 photos and that is probably about 5 times more than I would normally take on a typical sightseeing day.

A bit more expensive than doing a bus tour but ultimately worth the extra cost for having the tour personalised, going at your own pace and more comfort. A bit disappointed that we had our helicopter flight cancelled due to strong winds, but sometimes these things happy. Better safe than sorry I suppose.
