The customer did not receive any of the amenities they were promised. The bus driver were out of hours so the tour was rush. They were extremely rude, no bathroom break were given, they weren't able to eat and have lunch time. The biggest problem for the group was the fact that when they arrived in London, they were being rushed, and was told that they would not be able to see all the stops they were promised because it was too busy. Also their were a lot of seniors citizen on the tour, it was uncomfortable. The group experience one driver taking a breathalyzer, due to the fact that he had a DUI, why would he even be on the bus, and if all of that was correct, my clients should not have seen or be made privy to that information.
