We chose Mary’s Meanders for our tour after many months of debating. Emma was our guide and she made feel like family. We were magically transported back in time and felt as if were part of the Outlander show. I will highly recommend Emma and Mary’s Meanders if you want to truly experience Scotland in a very unique way. Thank you Emma for making our trip so special! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our tour was absolutely incredible, better than anticipated!! We did the one day Outlander tour, which visited Blackness castle, Hopetoun house, Midhope castle, Doune castle and Culross. Our tour guide, Anne, was an absolute delight and was very knowledgeable on not just the history of the sites, but also other Scottish history in general and we learned so much!! If we’re back, I would do it all over again, and will recommend to anyone we know. ☺️

Fantastic private Outlander tour with Anne. Got to see so many of my favourite spots from the series but what was even better was Anne’s rich knowledge of Scottish history that she was able to share about each site we visited. My husband and 15 year old son have never seen Outlander and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to Emma for making the tour easy to book. Would highly recommend.

In lieu of a shore excursion, we opted for arranging a private tour when in the Edinburgh/South Queensferry Port. Emma was sensational. Taking our vision and planning a great day of sites in Stirling - which included lunch at Portcullis and a kilt fitting at House of Henderson. Last by not least, the Kelpies and Midhope Castle (from Outlander)!! Give her a call ... you won't be disappointed. PS thanks Bill for driving! Worst weather in 40 years we were told (which did not dampen our spirits) and he kept us safe and on track.

I loved going to see the Outlander places. Dave was our guide and he was fantastic. We went in 2022 with the MOP Outlander tour. I love Scotlnd.

Mary's Meanders was absolutely wonderful to tour with! We had a group of 14 and toured with Mary's for three days in Edinburgh. We're HUGE Outlander fans and did the three-day excursion. Those three days were FABULOUS! Both our guide and driver were knowledgeable and entertaining. It was also very nice to meet and tour a little with Emma one day after we had virtually met over a Zoom call prior to our visit to iron out all the details. From the beginning of Day 1 to the end of Day 3, our experience was perfect. We would definitely use them again in the future if we're blessed enough to return!

A huge Thank You to Emma for an amazingly curated day of touring! We caught a few of the Outlander filming location sites, a great time at Stirling Castle - enriched by all its history and even caught a whisky tasting. We hoped it would be a very special day, and Emma made it perfect!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This review is long overdue! we had a great day out with Anne on our private Outlander tour. I was recommend to her by other our operators who do not do day tours so knew we would be in good hands. It was raining the day or our tour which did not dampen anyone's spirits. Matter of fact, I think it added something. It was fun traveling in Jamie's footsteps. We knocked but he was not home at Lallybroch. Plenty of history and interesting facts for those not Outlander obsessed. Setting everything up was very easy. No questions went unanswered in advance. All in all a great experience! Do it!
