We know you come to Daytona for the beach. Your guide will be along just to ensure your safety and steer your group away from areas where riding is prohibited.

Booked a ride for Wednesday April 10th at 2:30. We arrived at the meeting location at 1:45. We waited walking back and forth in front of the hotel to make sure we didn't miss our tour guide. At 2:15 we started calling to find out where out tour guide was. Around 2:45 we finely got to talk with a live person from Viator, she requested we hold on the phone till she could contact the tour company. At approximately 3;20 she got back with us while we had been on hold standing on the side of the road. She said she had emailed the tour company and also called but no response so she gave us the companies phone number that I had asked for when I first called at 2:45. I called the number and got a auto response by text they would return my call in 5 minutes. The tour operator called back and said we booked the tour that day and he needed 48 hours notice so he could rent the Segways to supply for the tour. He said he had called and left me a voice mail that morning that I never received. I let him know when we signed up that we requested updates on the trip by text that was the option on the webpage you can check for updates. We did receive the liability release form the company by text. He said he always needs a 48 hour notice, I let him know we had wasted most of our day in Daytona Beach and we just checked the option on the website for the next available Segway beach ride. FYI it would be great if two companies working to give customers a good travel experience would talk and get the bugs worked out in the appointment process before causing your paying customers to loose most of there vacation day because your lack of communication. I did get a email from Tripadvisor the next morning our trip had been canceled due to weather. LOL and we would get a refund in 1 to 4 days if we didn't book another trip!!!

Amazing tour!! If you have not done it, you are wrong! go , go now. do it. You will love it. This was one of our favorite activities of the whole week and would do it again! So much fun!!!

Our guide was amazing! Definitely helped us out to make the segways more comfortable and took lots of pictures! He was very knowledgeable about the area and loved conversing with him!

Steve was great training some "older folks" on our Segway tour..the weather was great and we had a lot of fun...the bottom line...everyone agreed we would do it again!

Didn’t happen they closed while they were looking for the place and refuse refund. This was a gift for my daughter and grandchildren. Now I’m the one out the money

We had the most amazing Segway tour with Steve from Fun Coast Tours! 🛴💨 From start to finish, it was a great experience! The owner, Steve, was not just informative, but also made the whole experience a joy with his infectious enthusiasm. Cruising effortlessly on the beach on a Segway was both peaceful, and a unique way to see Daytona. Steve also took photos throughout the ride, and shared them all with us (at no additional charge). Big shoutout to Steve for making this adventure unforgettable. We learned things about Daytona Beach that we hadn't heard before, and that was really interesting. What a great experience. Steve was an excellent and very enjoyable guide. Super beautiful to ride along the coast! One of the segways was acting up a little and Steve was gracious in trying to make it right. He was easy to communicate with before and after our trip. Highly recommend!
