Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya
Discover the art treasures of the National Art Museum of Catalonia, housed in the grand, ornate Palau Nacional. With a collection of over 5,000 artworks, the museum lets you dive deep into over 1000 years of art history, from Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque to modern art. Among its treasures, you will see rare pieces of romanesque church paintings and murals, such as the extraordinarily expressive paintings from the Apse of Sant Climent de Taüll. Throughout the tour, your Private Guide will provide interesting commentary on art history, explaining how the traditions of Catalan heritage are expressed through the displayed sculptures, paintings, engravings, drawings, and even regional coins. Another highlight of this tour will be visiting the rooftop of Palau Nacional, which offers spectacular views of the Barcelona skyline from one of the highest points in the city.
Barcelona Cathedral
With private car transfers you will be able to relax and rest after your extended walking tour. Both pickup and drop-off at your accommodation are included for your convenience.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
