    This was an excellent birdwatching and nature tour with Carlos on the Tagus River/Estuary and well worth the money. Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent guide and safe boat operator. Carlos had a keen eye for spotting birds far off in the distance and was respectful of them and their habitat and keeping a safe distance. He was equipped with binoculars and a great bird guide for identifying the bird life we saw. Even if you are not a birder, this is an excellent trip on the water to see the city of Lisbon and surrounding area from another viewpoint, and enjoy the beauty of the river and estuary, as well as the birds. Carlos also pointed out many points of interest along the city shore as we passed them and provided other geographic and historical details. We hope to return to Portugal again in the future and would definitely go on another nature/birdwatching tour with Carlos, as we really enjoyed our time and conversations with him.
