Our first time plus driving in France. We took a wrong turn and was late for our tour. We much appreciated our tour guide called to confirm we were coming and he waited for us. We were not aware we wouldn’t be able to go directly to our designated meeting place which added to our lateness. Our tour was pleasant and provided historical info about Toulouse. Our experience would’ve been even better if not for the rain! But our ride had clear plastic covering so we stayed somewhat dry so don’t let light rain stop you from enjoying the tour! ☺️

Our tour guide was super friendly, and the automated tour information you could hear through the speaker provided a lot of amazing facts about the areas we were covering. We really enjoyed our tour. It was a max of 4 people, but it was just my son and me, which turned out to be really nice!

A great thing to do. The trip covers several areas and sites of the city, it enables you to get a good feel for the place. Driver helpful, the vehicle was comfortable and clean. The only thought was some kind of signage to reassure that we were waiting in the right pace, would have been ideal.

I cannot recommend this tour and particularly the company enough. We had booked a taxi from our hotel that was supposed to leave at 30mins before the tour and drop us the 10 mins (1.2km) down the road to make the tour. We had a crisis and there were no taxis available. Having waited 40 mins for a taxi (because I had injured my foot) we were now late and I was sure we had missed our tour slot. I contacted the operator via trip advisor, pretty sure they wouldn't see in in the tight time constraints involved. I got a call within 5 mins, the woman explained that it might be difficult to reschedule as the day was fully booked, even for the next few days. But she went above and beyond for us and arranged a 30 min late tour start if we could get ourselves there. I had been looking forward to it for weeks. We were so delighted! She met us at the tuk tuk and introduced us to our driver who was also fantastic and gave us loads of extra information about the city outside of the pre recorded program that plays in the tuk tuk. He let us stop off at the important points to take beautiful photos. 10/10 I would recommend. We got great points of reference for the city, we had wanted to visit the victor Marche market and the driver showed us where it was on the trip and we were able to walk there afterward for tapas and wine afterward. This company and the driver made our day when they could have just cancelled when we were late.

What a great opportunity to view the best of Toulouse up close and in only one hour. Narrow streets and stops for photo opportunties with a very helpful guide. The perfect way to re-acquaint with the city.
