We had an amazing time today on our Secret Food tour of Boston. The food was yummy- especially the lobster roll from Red’s Best at Boston Public Market. What a wonderful enclave of locally sourced food. We upgraded to include the drink package and were pleasantly surprised that the drinks were full- size. Our tour guide Sean was delightful and so knowledgeable about Boston’s history, especially its Irish Heritage. He was so personable and did a great job of weaving little nuggets of information about the area or recommendations into our conversations. And he was eager to provide recommendations for the rest of our stay. We would highly recommend this tour, especially with Sean, who is a local treasure!

My husband and I had such an amazing tour with Gabe. He is truly a font of knowledge about food and Boston history in general. His passion for both shone through from beginning to end! Everything we ate was delicious and the little stores we stopped in were so unique! Truly one of if not the best tour I have ever booked on any vacation! Thank you Gabe for such a wonderful day and memories made!

My friend and I went on this tour yesterday. It was chilly, but about half of the time was spent inside. We are in our early 60s and enjoyed the company of 6 others during our afternoon with our tour guide Nicola. The tour included stops for clam chowder with cornbread, lobster roll, pizza, cannoli (without waiting in line), and a few other tastings along the way. Most of us were from New England and had visited Boston many times before. We still learned things we didn't know about the city and found some places we would go back and visit again on our own. Highlights for me were the great stops, and our very informative and attentive guide, Nicola. She was so knowledgeable and very accommodating to special needs. She also stayed to answer questions and responded to my text after the tour was over. Highly recommend CONS: We upgraded and paid $49 each for 3 drinks. I'd likely decide which establishment we wanted to order a drink from in the future. If you are considering this tour, check out the other reviews and you will find that we all had different tour guides and great experiences. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
