June was fantastic! She communicated clearly about arrival/departure times and stayed in contact throughout my trip to ensure I made it to my destinations on time.
June was my driver for both segments from/to the airport during my stay in New Orleans and she was OUTSTANDING!!! June contacted me the day prior to assure that she had everything correct and to answer any questions that I had. She was on time, almost to the minute, for both pick ups. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and she provided smooth/safe ride with fun conversation. I wish there was a rating higher than "excellent" because she earned it!!

We had a Southwest Airlines meltdown, which meant a delay or possibly not getting to New Orleans at all. June was a gem; we texted her updates with regard to our stages of arrival. We were due to get in at 10:30pm which turned into 3am in New Orleans. She came to the airport to pick us up and tranport us downtown after all that-- amazing service! Thanks to her, our trip was looking up. She is a delightful person, and will make sure you get where you need to go on time. She called us on our departure day to confirm the pick up back to the airport. Thanks again, June for your outstanding service!
