Best tour I booked all trip! Saw lots of turtles & fish snorkeling at the reef. Even got to see dolphins and whales on our way back into the harbor. 10/10 would recommend and definitely doing this again next time I am on Oahu.

Thank you to Island Splash Tours for an absolutely unforgettable experience snorkeling with the Hawaiian green sea turtles!! Our captain, Preston, gave our group of four a very thorough overview before we left, of what to expect, drinks available on board and provided us with well-fitted flippers, masks and snorkels. He introduced us to our guide Carlos, who was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor! We saw SO many turtles, at least 20, with several coming up to the surface for a closer look. Not to mention all the colorful fish! There were turtles of all different ages and sizes, mostly females. Throughout our time in the water, Carlos told us many fascinating details about these beautiful creatures. Since they are protected, we gave them at least 6-10 feet of space, so not to disturb them. He made sure we were all having a great time and safely lead us back to the boat. Then it was just a few short minutes back to the harbor. I highly recommend Island Splash Tours for a fun, authentic and informative encounter with Oahu’s graceful honu!!

Preston and Holly were simply amazing! We are a family of four with two kids ages 12 and 10 and it was only us and another mom and daughter on the tour. Holly was so knowledgeable about the reef, fish, and turtles, and she was in the water with us the entire time guiding us to the right spots. We saw tons of fish, and over a dozen turtles both on the surface and below. Holly even brought an urchin up from the bottom for us to hold! While we were expert snorklers, the other mom and daughter had never been before. Preston and Holly were so kind and accommodating to them to make their experience enjoyable. We spent an hour in the water and we had a wonderful time. We HIGHLY recommend you take this tour!

Our tour operators were welcoming, clear, professional and helpful. They were punctual, and called to check in the morning of the tour. We saw turtles and many fish. We learned some interesting information, too!

Island Splash Tours created a special morning adventure for our family. Alex and Preston made us feel safe while showing us humpback whales coming to the surface and getting us close to green turtles as we snorkeled on the reef. We also had a pod of spinner dolphins swim along with our boat. My granddaughter, son, daughter-in-law and myself will cherish our ocean adventure. If you want a small group ocean trip for your family, I would highly recommend Island Splash Tours.

This was our first trip to Honolulu and we wanted to experience snorkelling with the turtles. Captain Preston and Chris treated us to an amazing snorkel at Turtle Canyon. We saw so many turtles! Chris was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was a great experience compared to some of the other tour groups where you are tripping over each other. As an added bonus we took a bit of a detour after the snorkel and got to see humpback whales! I can't say enough great things about this tour! Truly the highlight of our vacation.

This was a great investment for our group of 4. Preston was super friendly and accommodating. He took us to the area that is used by all of the big snorkeling boats, so there were hundreds of people in the water in one place. However, Preston stopped a little bit away from the massive crowd, so there was some room to swim/snorkel freely. Hollie was an excellent assistant, doing everything from mooring the boat to assisting everyone in the water. After a bit, we all decided to go back on board for a short tour around the cove. Much to our delight, we encountered a huge pod of dolphins! One of the biggest I have ever seen, so we were thrilled to be able to have the capacity in a smaller boat to keep up with them and follow alongside. It was perfect!

We had a perfect morning with Preston and Hollie snorkeling and cruising around the ocean. Preston was calm, informative, and made sure all of us were comfortable and happy. Hollie was an excellent snorkel guide and made the first time snorkeling experience fantastic. We saw a turtle and a large pod of dolphins which was so cool. I would definitely book this over the large snorkel groups- it was a much better and private experience. One thing to note is the drop off address listed is quite far from the actual boarding dock. Rainbow Tower Hilton Lagoon is a better drop off point. Even though we ended up getting a bit lost finding the boat at first, Preston was available by phone and patient.

Captain Preston and Carlos were phenomenal hosts! One of my favorite parts of my trip. Would highly recommend them they made sure we saw everything we wanted to see while snorkeling. Highly recommend snorkeling with them!

Best snorkeling experience if you want to see turtles, lots of fish, and more. The boat crew was very friendly. The boat seats were comfortable. The view while riding the boat was also very nice. They know the good spots to see a variety of wildlife.
