De gids is niet komen opdagen. Het blijkt dat ze niet in het land is. Viator kan ook niks voor ons betekenen. Jammer als je voor het eerst in Porto bent en denkt een leuke tour geregeld te hebben. Ze beloven geld terug maar ook hiervan nog niks gekregen en ze geven ook niet meer thuis!?
