We lodged a complaint yesterday. Our tour guide was late and not able to speak to the art or artists, with one or two exceptions. We paid 280 dollars and we wandered around from room to room. No mention not to miss museum highlights. When we asked about his credentials, he confirmed wasn’t an art expert.
