The pub crawl was cancelled two nights in a row and nobody told us about it, we eere waiting at the first bar. They didn’t even answer our messages and we didn’t get our money back

Pub Crawl Barcelona had the Worst Communication of any Pub Crawl We've Ever Experienced. Which is so sad, because I love bar crawls. My family and friends have done numerous bar crawls in all parts of the world. Every bar crawl experience has involved really great communication with the people who organize it. Sometimes when we were running late and could not meet at the meet-up point, the people running the bar crawls would let us know where they're heading next and it would be fine! No issue. Pub Crawl Barcelona did not communicate with us at all. We told them ahead of time we could not meet and the meet up point and asked where the second bar would be, but they did not respond to us. Because of this, we couldn't figure out how to meet up with the crew, which was so unfortunate. When this has happened in the past, every other Bar Crawl would let us know where they are. We requested a refund, because we didn't get to participate in the bar crawl experience. And then we got our only response. "not our problem." They refused to refund us when they knowingly didn't respond and did not give us a bar crawl experience, which not only wasn't right, but also was worded in such a rude manner. Communication with clients is important. We've had it with Bar Crawls everywhere else in the world. But not with Pub Crawl Barcelona. Do not waste your money on this organization. It's a shame:(

Interesting really… the guy we thought was in charge got too drunk… relied on 2 other ladies (who were amazing btw) but still… not long enough at each place to actually enjoy a drink. I see free drinks advertised, still waiting for them now?! Too long at meeting point then rushed through the rest of the bars.

We went to 1 bar (after the meeting point) that didn't have any beer on draught and then an empty nightclub. Wouldnt even know you were on a pub crawl after the first bar. Pretty poor

They are like this I paid yesterday after one hour they send a message was about they can’t run the event because the guide is sick.. are we kids ? And my money gone

The event was cancelled because of less number of people and they told they would refund the amount in 15 days after that they even stopped replying. I feel like I got scammed. So beware!!
