We had a brilliant time on our tour with Dan, he was a charismatic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. He was happy to move at our pace, answer questions and loved his humour! 10/10. The only issue we had was that the starting location changed and we weren’t informed so we had a bit of a stressful start finding him! The office quickly helped when we called and we were able to do the tour.

Dan was great! I’ve lived in Chicago 2 years now and learned so much about the city from this wonderful tour around the city. It didn’t involve too much walking but was a good amount for exercise and enjoying the Chicago outdoors. Having been in the movie industry for over a decade, Dan shared some really cool and funny stories of some of the famous folks he’s met while filming in Chicago. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a relaxing and enlightening afternoon!

ABSOLUTE WORSE ........ First they NEVER notified me that the pickup and dropoff had changed. I had to call 5 minutes before the tour was to leave because no one showed up at the Meeting Place and was told everyone was notified by email and when I told her that we had not been notified she said OH you booked through Viator, then she emailed me direction where they were actually meeting and hung up. The guide was so stuck on himself we ended up leaving the tour 20 minutes early along with 4 other people. He spent 1 hour and 30 minutes talking about himself and they movies he had made an appearance in and the actors he knew "really well". There was only about 15 minutes actually talking about the TV Show and Movie history we came to hear. Maybe could be a good tour with someone else. We were very disappointed we have used Viator in many countries and have ALWAYS had a great time. He even spoke about how in the last couple years how Viator has increased the Vendor commissions they have to pay.
