Great Amenities. Loved how the different saunas had different scents & loved the relaxation rooms with their individual themes. 2nd time coming and have noticed some improvements & more work in progress. Enjoyed the apples under the water dispenser & apple cider. Wished the glass igloos had some heat in them for colder months; the robes had pockets; wet swimsuit bag was resealable; staff stopped guessing people’s sizes for robes/flip flops; wished the menu portions were somewhat more filling; wished tea was offered where the water dispensers as well. Thanks!

I live in NY so normally do not review things that I do in NY but felt the need to leave a review here only because so many of their reviews on here were awful. There is nothing wrong with this spa don’t know what any of those people are talking about! We had such a wonderful day here the spa was lovely! It was relaxing, very clean, and it was classy. Upon entrance everyone gets a comfy robe, flip flops and a bag. I liked that about this place compared to sojo spa that they let you wear flip flops to walk around. You can also wear your own from home if you wish. Everyone is then assured a locker, you make your own code for it to lock it. Locker rooms had wonderful soaps, shampoos etc, Each of the different saunas, baths etc had wonderful face creams and body scrubs you apply before, my skin felt extra smooth after! You start off at the top which has several different relaxation rooms, they were great I fell asleep! Downstairs is a cafe with pretty good food- charcuteries ($12), and different sandwiches and salads for $24. There is also a bar! Had a great Aperol Spritz (drinks were around $18). The place is cashless so you can get a bracelet when u get there which u charge all your food and drinks too. There’s also some great saunas on this floor. The water floor was our favorite part- more steam rooms, saunas etc., and had a great foot massager tub, and other types of amazing water massages. Outside are the pools there are two , one on each side of the building. All had different jets, pools were heated and fantastic!! My back felt great after those jets. Our favorite pool was the underwater classical music one! You lay on your back and float with your ears in the water while listening to classical music. That was so nice! We paid for the 5 hr day highly recommend that time, especially if it’s your first time. The view of the NYC skyline was amazing! We missed sunset but would recommend being there for that. There were many couples enjoying the spa, as well as groups of females, there was also a bachelorette party. Only way to get there is by ferry, the ferry ride is included w price and the ferry takes about 5 min. The ferry ride was fun too great views! They do a birthday promotion for the entire month of your birthday but you must book in advance and you must bring 1 guest with you paying their full price. Highly recommend this spa it was such a lovely and relaxing day and we can’t wait to go back!

*Do not got to this QC if you are plus-size". Context: 3 friends fly from DC to celebrate a birthday. After booking these services months ago, waiting 25 mins for a ferry in 30 degree weather, pay over $800 upfront, the birthday girl (me) was told that they did not have any robes for plus size people. Not one. This was on a Friday evening just before the weekend. I am not huge btw I easily fit into a 1 or 2x, Then the Operations Manager, Wilson Henriques proceeded to inform me directly in front of approximately 5-6 other guests and multiple staff, that the larger sized robes where being laundered off-site, no alternative was available, and that I could not be served if I did not have a robe. They have a strict no robe no service policy but no robes for anyone who isn't one size fits all. I had to then go back to the front desk, be stared at by the front desk team (about 6 people) while I was asked for my receipt to be refunded, as if I hadn't just checked in 15 minutes prior. It took them a considerable amount of time to sort out the refund, and I then waited another 20 minutes in the cold for the next ferry back to Manhattan. My experience was humiliating, unnecessary, and I left there angry. They also mentioned being an Italian company as some sort of reason for the incident. Do not go here if you aren't a standard size. BEWARE.

Since everybody has to arrive via ferry, there’s literally a boatload of people arriving at the same time, but there was not enough staff at the check-in to get everyone at once and take payment, etc. A 30-min wait with heavy bags to begin our spa day was not a great start to the experience. Then they forgot to give us Robes and Flip Flops. Another 20 minutes wasted waiting for the slow elevator back and forth from the changing rooms. By the time we got outside it was an hour later from when we arrived! We missed the sunset. This was one of the reasons we came. We also missed the light up show. The other reason we came. No big deal bc there’s a show every 30 minutes as advertised. Well it’s False advertising the show if every 45 minutes and it only lasted 4 minutes. They lied about the timing of the shows. I kept asking the staff when the next shows are so we can plan the other amenities and no one knew. One of the staff admitted the manager is not good at managing and starts them at random times bc he’s too busy to manage them properly as the facility is low on staff. The lifeguard wouldn’t let me keep my robe and bag in a spot and my whole bag with my favorite hat ended up getting stolen. I had to go home in the cold with wet hair and no hat. No one at the spa seemed to care. One staff member told me there are cameras and they can check. But no one cared to check or do that. I loved that hat. We also didn’t get a proper rundown about the facilities, and since signage is poor throughout the property, we didn’t even find all of the saunas (stumbled upon a couple by chance while we checked out the bistro!). The Pools water was Luke warm. I’ve been to other outdoor Spas with heated pools in the winter and they were way warmer. Wasn’t enjoyable as we had to go back and forth trying to figure out when the shows were. The backround music sounded like the soundtrack of the Titanic when the ship was sinking. The salt scrub was not salt. We think it is baking soda. This is something the staff should know. I asked and they didn’t know. The ferry on the way back dropped us off at a different location. This was and extra 10 minute walk to get back to our parking garage in which I wish we would have known about. Especially since my hat was stolen and had to do that walk in the cold with wet hair. I’m listing all the things that can be improved in the hope of someone at QC reading this and make some adjustments. The spa was great bc I was best friend. Other than that there’s other way better spas or at least that care about your experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stinky sauna rooms, horrible loud music playing in nearly every room, almost no water anywhere, bad towels/robes, I could go on forever about how terrible this place is, there are so many better spas in NYC w/ good customer service, save yourself the drama. Worst part was we came as a group of 11 and they double charged us on one guest, we realized this at checkout but they gave some BS about all refunds have to be done via email because the company's financing is in Italy, which turned out to be a lie because after I sent an email detailing what happened I got a response 2+ weeks later from an unhelpful, unapologetic and unprofessional person at the NY location. Many exchanges later and they are not being transparent and still have not issued a refund for the double charge. I have requested a call back to go over the charges which they have avoided, it has now been nearly 1 week with no response. They seem to do this to other people as well. Please please please, if you're looking for a good spa for a special evening please read this before giving these bums your money. This place is like the Fyre Fest of spas.

This place is still horrible. I wrote a review when it first opened, and I tried to give them another chance when staying on the island. Nothing has changed unbelievably horrible. Management will pretend to care and ask you contact to rectify the situation. I tried....crickets.. multiple time...more crickets...and in over a year nothing has changed. Lack of unique spa services, unprofessional and untrained technicians, unsanitary... the garbage is taken up and down the same elevator customers use who are walking barefoot because they don't have appropriate sizes of their dollar store flip flops. Extremely high prices for comparable services and experience in the area. Food is remarkable bad. You can have a full service, good steak dinner on the island for the same price as their premade, gas station quality, chicken wrap that has been sitting in a refrigerator for the past week. Changing rooms are horribly designed and maintained. Plus, the marketing photos are doctored to allude to views they don't have. The spa faces NJ. You can see NYC from other parts of the island, but not the spa.

I visited twice and had a great experience each time. I booked five-hour visits without additional spa services. The pools and Hamam are so wonderful, I don't feel the extra services are necessary. The food and drinks are good also.

The venue is great, but the spa services were not up to speed. They did not honor a 10% discount if you were also staying a t Collective Retreats. Never asked when I booked & when I said I didn’t realize, they basically said too bad. Would not recommend!
