Excellent guide, highly recommend Jon Mark. Very informative, and passionate about his home town. The small stop at the halfway mark to eat a local pastry and taste a local drink was also excellent.

John mark was excellent, he told us all about different buildings and the stories that go along with them. We felt that he brought history to life. He has lots of knowledge and a great personality. We stopped for pastry and a drink that was a pleasant surprise for me. Thank you for a wonderful morning/ afternoon on our first day in Girona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Girona in English with a small group of people from the UK, Netherlands and the USA. Our guide, Juan-Marc, had an excellent knowledge of the city and its history as well as an exceptional command of English. His manner was polite and engaging, with the walking at a suitable pace for all ages there which ranged from about 15 - 65 years old. Every aspect was well organised, both with finding the tour and the route we took. By attending we shared a really positive experience with other travellers and felt that it really helped us to plan the rest of our time here in Girona more effectively. The little food treats were a lovely bonus and we were fascinated by the different buildings and the architecture in the old town. I would highly recommend a tour with this company, whether you book through a third party or directly, as it was advertised on more than one website.

John was a fabulous guide, interesting, fun and really helpful. The tour was a perfect mix of history, culture and a food treat along the way. Brilliant way to get oriented on 1st day of our trip!

Julia gave us a very informative, interesting walking tour of Girona . She was very patient and matched her pace to the pace of the group. She answered all our questions about the tour and other aspects of life in Spain. She was extremely diplomatic in regard to the medieval treatment of Jewish people in Girona. Something that is more difficult given the current state of the world. She was also curious about our experiences relating to the subject matter. Well done Julia. Definitely recommend.

Damon_B

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable guide. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in Girona despite the occasional rain.
