Plaza de Cibeles
The Cibeles Square is found at the intersection of Alcala Street (which crosses from west to east), the Paseo de Recoletos (heading north to link up with the Paseo de la Castellana) and the Paseo del Prado (south, towards the fountain of Neptune). This place, one of the most symbolic of the capital, divides the district boundaries Centro, Retiro and Salamanca.

The Paseo de Recoletos is an avenue of the city of Madrid, whose 700 meters ascend very slightly, from south to north, from Plaza de Cibeles to Plaza de Colón, forming part of the boulevards of the central axis of the city, it extends to the north as Paseo de la Castellana, and to the south as paseo del Prado
Paseo de la Castellana
The Paseo de la Castellana (called in the nineteenth century Paseo Nuevo de las Delicias de la Princesa) is an avenue of Madrid that runs through the city from Plaza de Colón, in the center, to the Nudo Norte. It entered service at the beginning of the twentieth century. In the first decade of the 21st century it is composed of six central lanes (main road) and four lateral lanes (service road).
