    What a brilliant day!!! Remote Fraser tour with group of 8. Perfectly executed tour!!! Staff were incredible!!!! We were a group by ourselves, the other guests were a large group of international students. The staff made sure we went on the first boat to each activity to ensure we were not overwhelmed by the group of students. This allowed us the solitude of our own group at each activity! What foresight by the staff!!! Amazing whale watching and immersion with the whales! 2 of our group had dietary restrictions and were well catered for with lovely snacks and lunch. I would have given these guys a 10 star rating! It was the perfect day! Thank you skipper and team!!!

    A wonderful day! The crew is great -- they kept an eye on our comfort and safety and provided heaps of great information about the area and the wildlife. We saw many whales, and the skipper spent some extra time in the afternoon because we were close to a family pod swimming around the boat. Really amazing. Never got seasick, and the lunch was delicious. They kindly accommodated food preferences. Especially enjoyed meeting Jimbo and Hannah -- lovely crew with a genuine kindness for their guests. Water was available to refill your water bottle, and the entire day was well organized. Bring warm coats for the boat ride in the winter. Bathrooms are big enough for changing clothes but you'll likely keep your swimsuit on all day.

    The staff were very experienced and shared lots of knowledge of the whales, we had a lot of fun and they were so nice to us throughout the trip. We saw lots of whales during the trip and some of them were really close to us.

    What to expect

    Board the Board the boat at the Great Sandy Straits Marina. Cruise the waters of the Great Sandy Strait passing Big Woody Island and Pelican Bank. Cruise the calm waters of the Great Sandy Strait and be on the look out for dolphins, turtles, rays and fish. Kayak, swim, snorkel, hike at various locations on the West Coast of K'gari (Fraser Island) which may include Wathumba Creek, Awinya Creek and Bowrarrady Creek. Or enjoy a relaxing beach walk along a pristine white sandy beach.
